about
I grew up in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, where I’d ride my bike to the local library — drawn not just to books, but to the quiet, the mystery, the feeling of stepping into a different kind of time. That was my first taste of immersive space. A space where story, scent, and stillness met.
I spent years working in the restaurant industry, eventually earning my degree from Walnut Hill College (The Restaurant School). Hospitality became second nature - how to season a moment with intention, how to make someone feel welcome, how to layer a moment with care.
After living in Philadelphia for many years, I moved to North Coventry, Pottstown over a decade ago, it felt like the kind of place where roots could deepen. I was always drawn to Pottstown borough, it feels like home - and I would be honored to be one of the shops you can one day visit.
Now I live here with my husband, our two amazing growing children, and our elderly dachschund dog. I garden. I create small nooks around our home - corners of calm, of beauty, of just-right-light. My mother taught me how to work with what we had, to make things lovely with our hands, to find magic in the making. That has never left me.
Make it Happen
My business is built on the same values: slowing down, seeing beauty in the small things, honoring what already exists, and crafting spaces that feel like time travel - like memory - like home.
I restore furniture, upholstery work, curate objects, and dream toward a future space: a tearoom and bookshop where people can gather, wander, belong. I’ve begun building that dream inside a quiet haven, one piece at a time.
This is Curio No. 7. A space stitched together with scent and story. A place where nothing is wasted - and everything can be beautiful again.
You’re invited.
